Well today is shaping up to be quite excellente!

So this AM I woke up to snuggles with the boy. While this makes it harder to get out of bed, especially with that whole COLD thing going on, it does tend to make me more cheerful and less apt to think that the day is going to be a waste of space. Or has it been that I think I have been a waste of space, and since I do this during the day, the day gets the bad rap as well. Who knows.

I then proceeded to kick the shit out of a phone interview this morning. Now, while I like my current gig and it has many benefits, I am also not closing the door on opportunities. And an opportunity to work at a company with a friend of mine making more money and having the same leeways I have now (working at home, and also "working" at home) has come upon me. So I am interviewing and have face interview some time next week, and I figure once I have an offer letter in my hand, I can then start weighing the pros and cons of moving to another job less than a year after getting a new job. ... But more money would be nice, and if the stock options are good, then what the hell?

Dood. I feel old thinking about stock options. And yet? I like money, and I like making money, and I like having money, so really, if I can enjoy what I do, where I work, who I work with and for, AND MAKE SOME DOUGH? All the better.

THEN!? That Ryan gent sent me something super secret awesome cool that I am not even going to talk about because the license ninjas will kick his ass, but it's SUPER duper awesome YAY and I have it and giggled when he sent it and yeah, it rules. He rules. There is ruling!

AND THEN?!?! I got all up in my server madness and connected this here, and that there, and now I have an entire server full of music at my command! And it's not even that loud! And once I remember how to set network security I can back up my lappy and think seriously about getting a new one! But I don't quite remember how to set security, as it's been 2 years since I've worked with this one, but I'm sure I'll figure it out, because I am smrt.

AND THEN?!? I got some edits to the shit I am working on and I don't have to do them til Monday because they are so very tiny and don't matter and realy, I need to have something to do at work on Monday so figured what the hell, ignore that shit, let's play with servers!

AND THEN??!!?? ...No "and then". Well, I have an "and last night". Here we go: Last night I knoshed with Amy and Drave and my boy at yummy sushi and it was GOOD. OMG dies from the goodness. NEED. MORE. SUSHI.

I guess that's all I got. I'm hungry and gonna go get foodies.

PS: If someone would please invent self-cleaning dishes thingies, I will take 2, please and thank you.
